Lying tucked away several miles down a twisty road and 30 km from Corfu town, the little resort of Agios Georgios (North), or Saint George as some call it, is a haven for lovers of a quiet restful holiday. The beach is soft and golden and the seas are perfect for swimming and watersports - particularly popular with windsurfers. Aghios Georgios North beach is considered one of the best on Corfu island. Close to Agios Georgios are the villages Afionas, Prinilas & Agros that distinguish for their traditional architecture and the wonderful combination of green nature with dreamy shores. |
